Ravi Raman explains a vision board as a solid representation of all that you aspire and desire to create a compelling life, a tool that will motivate and inspire you to take daily actions towards your biggest and most important life goals. Here are a few pointers to guide you on how to do it:

  1. Be clear about your biggest goal (Take some time to write out your biggest goals, you may choose to do it from short-term to long-term, just ensure that those goals and dreams are highly motivating to you.)

  2. Gather inspiration (Browse magazines, cut out everything that you feel aligns with your goals and dreams and scatter it around until you feel like you have a clear picture of your vision.)

  3. Start creating your vision board and lastly… look at your vision board daily (Place the vision board where you will be able to see it every time so that it can be your daily reminder to work towards the goal.)

Creating a vision board will not only help you manifest the highest vision of your life, it will empower you to work towards that dream or vision. It is one thing to have a vision, but to work for and towards it is something totally different and perhaps even harder.

Jack Canfield says that creating a vision board is one of the most powerful visualization tools, and it is available to you. Furthermore, the Law Of Attraction is a philosophy that supports Canfield’s claim through its belief of the power of ideas. The belief is that your continuous focus on positive thoughts can bring about those thoughts to life in the real world.

In addition to empowering you, creating your vision board will motivate and propel you to also track your growth as it may happen that you have started working towards some of the dreams and aspirations on your board, and that will help you build more onto that and perhaps create a bigger vision than the one you may have had before. This will remind you that you are capable of bringing all your dreams to life, it will remind you of your power to transform your thoughts into something physical.

“By paying attention to your dreams and taking the time to shape them into concrete aspirations, you are taking a step toward moving yourself in the direction of growth and away from the alternative.” Ravi Raman
