The AGENDA WOMEN SUMMIT is an annual event that brings together women leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals from around the world to explore and unpack what we call the "Confidence Quotient"
The concept of a "Confidence Quotient" underscores the importance of confidence as a critical factor in personal and professional success. Building confidence can lead to better performance, increased resilience, and a greater willingness to take on challenges and pursue goals.
Our goal is to equip women with the tools, knowledge, and inspiration they need to take control of their economic futures and break through the identity and cultural barriers that have historically held them back. The event is held annually on the last Saturday of the month of August, which is women’s month in South Africa.
The event experience focuses on education, skill-building, networking, mentorship, and personal development delivered FIRESIDE CHATS AND PANELS, MASTERCLASSES, MENTORSHIP AND NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES as well as ACCESS TO RESOURCES AND TOOLS in an effort to address the inspiration gap.
